Mental Model: Atomic Habits

Recently I started consuming digital books.  And by “recently” and “consuming” I mean I’m half way through my first book.  It’s called Atomic Habits and I recommend it.  I love spontaneity, and I’ve never been good at habits.  But I understand that habits are fully rewarding and helpful for a long and happy life.  I’m habit aspirational.  This book has helped change the way I look at habits.  It’s not all about discipline.  It’s about the environment, cues, and intentions you add into your life.  It’s been great so far.  Here is is the Habit Cheat Sheet to get you started.
